Terms and Conditions

Finisterres Suites & SPA guarantees that our website will provide the best online bookable rate viewable and available to the public on the Internet ("Best Internet Rate Guarantee").  The Best Internet Rate Guarantee applies to reservations made only at Finisterre Suites & SPA.

Eligible Claims

To qualify, your claim must be submitted in accordance with the following:

• You have a confirmed reservation at Finisterre Suites & SPA hotel made on our website printable.
• You submit the online claim form informing Finisterre Suites & SPA of the lower rate within 24 hours of the Booking and at least 72 hours prior to a 6 pm arrival on the first day of the Booking; 

The Competing Rate is:

• Available for Finisterre Suites & SPA hotel, dates, room type, number of guests, type of currency US Dollar and length of stay.
• Publicly viewable by Finisterre Suites & SPA at the time the claim is reviewed.

Claim Processing

Guarantee Restrictions
The Best Internet Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
Negotiated rates and any other rates not available to the public via internet bookings, such as group rates, package rates, coupons, motor club, membership rates (including AARP) and Government Rates.  Taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges or any other similar charges incurred at the hotel.

Additional Terms
Finisterre Suites & SPA reserves the rights to amend, revise, suspend or discontinue the Best Internet Rate Guarantee at any time without notice.  Any changes made to a reservation will void the Best Internet Rate Guarantee;
